About Us
Introduction
Risk Broker Solutions (Pty) Ltd (hereafter RBS) is an entity that sets forth to comply with the rules and regulations of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 and Companies Act 71 of 2008. RBS will be held liable alongside with its directors in the event of contravening the above rules and regulations.
Since inception phase in 2012 RBS used to be called PZ Finance Institute (Pty) Ltd. The company repositioned its strategy and business model in 2022 as it became necessary to establish a new company to focus on offering specialised insurance services to its existing and prospective clients.

Risk Broker Solutions is a subsidiary of Financial Services House™ Group. RBS is an enterprise that is establishing itself in the Financial Services market, offering specialised insurance services to meet client expectations.
The company aims to make a significant impact in the market being able to assemble a network of highly skilled and experienced management team who are keen to use their acquired skills and experience to promote sustainable growth in business through ensuring quality efficient service delivery.
Risk Broker Solutions (Pty) Ltd is an authorised financial services provider license no.52876, enabling us to render financial services to our clients and operate as an authorise Financial Services Provider complying with the FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority).
